Lmao guys, I’m literally laughing out loud reading this to my significant other.
I’m happy we are all in this together. We should all have a drink after the decisions are out (I hope you are 21 lol).
I’m in my dentist office laughing my behind off right now & he walks in asking me if I’m ok :))
Hi! Been stalking this for a while now… Figured I’d hop on and say Hi finally and say you guys have literally been the best the past few weeks. And hopefully we all get good news tomorrow!
you know it’s moments like this when i wish i had superpowers…
@TheVisionary :)) :))
Alright, guys, I’ve read everywhere that the Regents Scholarship application has 2 essay prompts. I only have 1 on my Application. I’m a transfer student. Can anyone confirm that the prompt is just Essay #1: What do you hope to accomplish after you complete your academic career and how do you think your goals will impact society? (300 word maximum) --and that’s it!? Thank you!!
Ok jokes aside. I really need someone to chance me, I had a severe panic attack last night just because of this upcoming decision.
GPA: 4.0
Major: Sociophysical anthrochemistry philosophical accounting history
Prereq: Completed all 30
Current School: Princeton University
EC: NFL player, Nobel Prize award, admission officer at UCLA, founder of the UC System
International students here I was born in South Africa and raised in North Pole, I’m 20% white, 20% black 20%asian 20% hispanic 10% Native American and 10% Bruins.
PLEASE HELPPPPPP
@Sumner You are going to be rejected because you are an out of state Nobel Price winner, which makes you not qualified for UC because it only accepts Emmy Award winner. I believe your race is also a problem: if you are 20% white, 20% black, etc… I think the system will not recognize you as human. They never admitted students who are not human, unless you have a spectacular EC and essay. Or you can change the UC admission policy as a founder.
@Sumner are you IGETC certified? If it’s the case, I would say you have a good shot.
my body ain’t ready for the emotional wreckage tomorrow will bring…
I wish you guys the best of luck and hopefully we will all get the result we worked so hard for!
Life is a series of Hunger Games. May the odds be ever in my favour.
Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone know that I made a thread for just status and stats for UCLA decisions, in order to help next years transfer class in seeing decisions without weeding through the pages and pages of nonsense (I love y’all but, this thread at decision time = yikes).
I will likely re-post this once or twice tomorrow!
I have like a bag of chocolate in my house to binge on cuz the anxiety of tonight and tomorrow is just to much!!!
Almost time! Uh-Oh! We will all be alright no matter what. Just keep smiling.
