Fall 2017 Freshman Transfer ?

I am currently a freshman at SUNY Binghamton and am looking to transfer after my first year.
My HS GPA was ~86 and my SAT was 1910 and 30 on the ACT, I’m motivated to work here so I can make transferring easier. I’m currently taking 16 credits worth of class and will take 16 more next semester.

Is it possible for me to transfer to stony brook after completing one year ?
I want to apply to the fall 2017 and it says I need 24 credits by the time I complete my application but I will only have 16. I will have 32 after school ends in May.

Any help would be appreciated

For transfer consideration, we’ll need one full year – 24 credits – of academic work. That means we’ll likely need to wait for your spring grades before making a decision; you can apply any time between now and March 1, and then just get your spring grades to us as soon as they’re posted.
