So they accepted 3,200 out of 22,000 applicants, which is less than 15%. Last year they took over 5,000 out of just over 22,000.

Full-time social media marketing for an international clothing brand, as well as helped organize and run their Las Vegas convention. Presented research at my school’s and UCI’s honors conferences and won awards.
I definitely feel like there was a more holistic approach from all the schools this year. I got into every school I’ve applied to. Former bad students: you can do it! You can turn that stuff around! Congrats everyone (especially my non-traditional peeps!)!!

just curious: so did those of you who get accepted, did you get rejected from UCSD? there was a theory going around that ucsd rejected a lot highly qualified applicants because of yield protection and how they would probably all get admitted at UCLA/Berkeley anyhow lol
