this was the last decision i was waiting for and i couldn’t possibly be more excited with how everything turned out! submitted my SIR already actually lmao. september can’t come soon enough!!!

Rejected. Poli Sci. 3.47. If I could do it again, I would apply as a History major to UCLA. Think I would have got in if I would have applied to a non-impacted major like History. Congrats to everyone.
@dreamla What you did during the winter semester was genius! Wish I would have done that. Definitely would have boosted my application and could have been the difference between an acceptance and denial.
@LynAmmo I didnt have an issue with davis but now I am with ucla haha. And same like I want my money haha
@goldenheart so you got in with a C in at least one class your admission contract stated you needed to get a B in?
I’ve been looking at threads on this site on the subject, seems like I should be fine so long as stats is my only C, kinda worried that I’m using it as my math requirement on IGETC though.
Not sure why some people’s financial aid awards are much higher than mine. My family definitely does not make much so I’m kind of confused. I’ve noticed most out of state accepted students have higher awards. I am awarded $18,415 which is such a blessing but just kind of curious.
Hey, all. For those that got accepted, what exactly are they wanting you to maintain as a GPA by the end of the semester? I’m currently at a 3.69 and I’m projecting that my end GPA will probably be around 3.68 (higher, if possible). Am I at risk if I don’t maintain exactly what I reported?

Part of my admission contract is to get a B in the stats class I’m using to fulfill the IGETC math requirement, but it’s pretty much impossible that I’ll get anything higher than a C.
If we submit our SIR, is there a payment/deposit we have to also put down?
