I got regents! Now I’m even more confused about what to do now! Berkeley was my #1 choice school for so long but this seems too good to pass up.
Hi everyone, I’m new here and I just wanted to know if anyone else received a rejection email for the Regents Scholarship but if their Provisional Award Letter shows that they did get the award? I called Alejandra Ramirez but she will not be in office until the 31st.
Thanks.
Do you guys know what will happen if I submit my transcripts past the June 1st deadline? I heard that a hold will be placed onto my account so I can’t enroll for classes… but will that be lifted once they receive the transcript, even though it’s past the deadline? Also, do you guys think it would be okay if I just submit my official transcript with my Spring 2017 grades as well but past the June 1st deadline and before the July 1st deadline. Thanks!
I’m still debating between UCB & UCLA, but sent transcripts on wednesday to both schools anyway because of UCLA’s june 1st deadline. I sent them electronically from my CC, so does UCLA accept electronic delivery of official transcripts? and does anyone know how long it took for ucla to say they received them?
@racerbabe11 Yes Ucla accepts them electronically but it took them a couple of days to process and secure it. I’d suggest sending it in NOW like ASAP.
.
Congrats to all the scholarship recipients!
i sent my transcripts last thursday but it still doesnt say ucla received them… is it taking anyone else a long time for their transcripts to be processed?
@kingmorrissey when I sent mine I’d call and they told me it took two weeks to show on their system once they’ve received it so I waited until two weeks because it took forever to update I was ready to send another transcript. I took 13 days for it to finally update. Just to be sure, you could always send a second transcript.
@kingmorrissey Did you send the transcripts electronically? I first sent mine through a regular process (e.g USPS) but it took forever to be updated, so I sent another transcript but this time electronically. They’ve received the electronic ones in like 2 days.
hey guys! I talked to someone on the phone yesterday that works at ucla administration office and they told me it takes about 2 weeks for mail delivery of transcripts to process, and about a week for electronic. She said that as long as you have proof (a receipt or confirmation email) that the transcript was sent before June 1st, they won’t rescind any admissions! I hope this helps ease any stress you may be feeling!
Hey guys how do I send my transcript electronically? I already sent one through the mail, but I’d like to send it in electronically as well to be sure. I can’t figure out how to though. Thank you!
@studyturtle your CC/colleges send, or use a service to send transcripts. You order them from each college you attended. Most CCs have a place on their website to order.
Please note everyone, with the Monday holiday, you may want to consider expedited delivery of your transcripts. If you order today, they may not process until Tuesday!
You can also hand-deliver if they are in a sealed college envelope.
anyone know the course equivalencies for the biology series from ucsb to ucla?
Also for med school requirements do we need just one quarter of ochem lab namely the 30bl class?
so is there anywhere to check online if UCLA has received the transcripts?
I paid for mine on the 1st of May, and they were sent out on the 11th
with like no tracking.
UCLA says to check MYUCLA, but like where?
so if ucla doesnt get our transcripts by june 1 would there just be a hold on our account?
@lucidday mine shows on the first page that comes up when you sign in.
Some
