I checked the application self-service and they sent me an email with this update:
Your application has been reviewed and we have determined that you are on track to meet CSU minimum requirements. Your application will now be considered in the competitive round of admission review. We will begin making admission decisions in February and appreciate your patience during this process. We will contact you by email, so check your email account regularly for messages from CSULB. Be sure to respond to our requests as soon as possible but no later than the deadline given.
@ironweasal everything I read suggests you have a good chance, the current acceptances appear to be mostly in-state local at the moment but I do not have a history of watching how the CSU’s work. @ Gumbymom explained on one of the CSU threads (sorry I’ve lost track of where I read what) the admissions decisions historically don’t all come out at the same time so we can conceivably be waiting through March… wish I was an expert. @lasool: All admissions for the Cal States are provisional meaning you need to pass all Senior a-g courses with a C or higher unless something other is specified by each CSU campus.
