My D’s status changed to ‘Ready for decision’ today in the portal. Do you guys know how long it might take after it shows this status?
I’m curious when they will send out their regular decisions for incoming freshman. It seems like they sent the high achievers last month and are now sending the transfers. After looking at last years thread they didn’t come out until late March early April. I sure hope it isn’t that late this year. Heck the UC’s can get them out faster and read 4 essays. Seems for an EI calculation they would have them out faster than they do. My son’s status still says application received.
I think more lower stats decisions come out later. So far higher stats came out unless the major isn’t that impacted. Still waiting on mine ~ still says application received. However some people who have higher stats still haven’t received them which is odd. College admissions should be mailing students in paper instead of this checking portal system thingy… some websites tend to crash too and students need time to make their final decisions.
My D was invited to apply to the honors college and received an invite to the Showcase of Excellence. I would think that means she’s “High Stats” for her major (psychology), BUT she still has “Application Received” on her portal with no changes since 12/6/17.
Fortunately, she was accepted at CSUF and CSUSM, so we aren’t anxious about it.

3.6 csuGPA and 1290 sat as well as 3 years of engineering at my highschool, not sure if that helps. And I also received an invitation to apply to the Kellogg college. Help!!!
@Isaacccc Did you apply to Fullerton as well or another safety?
I havent seen much of regular acceptances here really mostly the high stats kids. There were a few that posted on 3/1 but really nothing since then. Looking at the number of pages on these threads my guess is that they really havent released all that much yet since there is only 24 pages. If you look at SLO it is upwards of 140 pages since they have released decisions and now on waitlists. So sit tight and wait like everyone else. My son is in a similar spot @isaacccc he has a 3.86 with a 1230 SAT and 3 years of engineering at his high school through Project Lead the way going for Mech Eng. Good luck.

Was accepted to the Urban/Regional Planning program (with an emphasis on sustainability) on Feb 7, with a 3.6 GPA, 25 ACT, with lots of extracurricular activities and a full course load! (7 classes) CPP is one of my top schools for sure.
I called Pomona’s admission office today and I ended up asking how long until all acceptances are sent out and he said mid April 
ECs dont matter to CPP they did not even ask for them.
