This is getting discouraging to be honest how slow some of these are coming out. A trickle from here a trickle from UCR and nothing from UCI…just wish they would finish this up so people can get on with their lives and figure out their final choices.
Same here, still stuck on “application received”, fed up with it.
I posted on their FB page that if they wait until Mid April to release dates as they had said they would probably lose out on a bunch of really good candidates that want to make decisions and 2 weeks isn’t enough time for them to schedule visits and SIR by May 1st. I don’t get why they are releasing their transfers before their regular admits. Also if housing is going to be that difficult then this may not be a school for us.
I agree! @Bean981 gee everyone who doesn’t want to go are admitted and the people who does want to are still waiting! It is pretty dumb to let the freshmen applicants wait…

Super excited as this was one of my tops. Weird because I haven’t heard from UCR or UCI yet.
It’s taking forever, honestly have no idea why it’s taking so long while literally all of my friends have recieved their decision, even though some of them have worse grades than I have.

Just wish they would say yes or no. Heck it still says application received as though they havent even looked at it. At least we heard from SDSU on Monday and CSUF awhile back but still waiting on UCI, UCR and here. Then time to tour since we didnt go before apps. Wanted to wait and see where the acceptances came in from.
I applied as computer engineering too. All of my friends who applied to other engineering got acceptance email but I’m still waiting

Does anyone know what the minimum GPA requirement is for out of area at CSUN and CSUF?
Son was accepted to Civil Engineering. Weighted GPA 3.75 (high school gpa) 1200 SAT. Also got int SDSU, CSULB and others. Suspect they give weight to Pathway Lead the Way Engineering classes. Thank goodness he is n’t interestex in Mechanical Engineeri g or it would likely be a different outcome. It is a bit more difficult to get into that major. Good luck to all.
