Congratulations to those who got in!!! I am a prospective sophomore transfer applicant who has been waitlisted, and I wonder if anyone knows if there have been transfer applicants in the past who were off the waitlist?
Accepted! To be honest, it came as a HUGE shock to me as I am an unconventional, non-traditional applicant but right now, I am the happiest person on Earth and can’t wait to be there, already.
For those who got in, what is your story? Excited to meet you all!!
@TheRefugee, no story really. My current college doesn’t really suit me. Wbu?
@Shizzle123 I am a refugee from the Middle East and fell in love with Swarthmore because of its values of social justice, equality and care for the community. It’s rankings, reputation and academic vigour speaks for itself. I am so excited! Are you committed to Swarthmore?
@ TheRefugee Woah, that’s awesome. I am so happy for you! I am waiting for Tufts and Cornell, but I am so happy to be accepted at Swarthmore.
Accepted, rising sophomore
