For the electronic? No, they don’t accept transcripts directly from students it always has to be sent by your school or whoever your school uses to send transcripts (like national clearing house for example). If you’re trying to send electronic transcripts you should be able to do it straight from the portal of your cc. If it’s a California cc that is. A school out of state requires a physical copy be mailed. Either way they have to be sent through your cc to be considered
Ah yeah I have the green check for my electronic one but I had to have one physically mailed too from another school and that’s the one I’m waiting on now to be approved.
Okay thank you!!
Which one were u missing? Maybe only 1
Hello, to anyone who was accepted: if you had to mail in your transcripts from other schools has it been marked down as accepted yet? Mine hasn’t and the 2 schools I needed the transcripts from have confirmed they’ve been mailed.
No, I’m in the same boat for the transcript I mailed. Still has a red x and it was sent end of march. However, I did email them and got an automated response back that said “we are currently experiencing a document processing backlog of aprox 3-4 weeks. You will meet our submission deadline as long as all documents were postmarked/ordered on or before the deadline. Once the transcript is posted as received, you will be able to view the update in your webportal under your admission status.”
This tells me we don’t have anything to worry about even if it doesn’t change to a green check by May 1st.
Rejecting my admission offer for Political Science. Hope someone gets my spot
Thank you! I was worried and double checking I sent them to the right address, I even sent it twice to be sure lol I appreciate your response!
Hi I was wondering what prereq classes were you missing?
anyone else still see a red x by a transcript?? And did you guys see that email they sent about transcripts? they said that if transcripts are sent electronically that they can take 2-3 weeks for processing, I wonder if that was a typo and they meant physically mailed transcripts. They also said that if it’s been 3 weeks and there’s still a red x to contact them. It’s been longer than 3 weeks for me since I sent mine- and I did email them on 4/19 but haven’t gotten a response back. I wasn’t too worried about it but now I kinda am!
Hi!
This week I emailed the SDSU rep who also helps out at my CC about this same issue because I was worried, and she told me that admissions is experiencing a major backlog on the processing of transcripts. They hope to be up to date within a couple weeks. She said as long as the transcripts were ordered and sent by May 1st, they will be accepted and considered on time, *even if they are processed after May 1st. I sent mine a month ago so I was definitely worried too but I think we’ll be fine! Just make sure to keep record that you ordered yours long before the deadline (:
Edit: mine were electronically sent too btw
Got a green check on both transcripts!
