1) I'm not going to Calso. I think it's a waste of time and money.
2) And for your finaid appeal it. It takes a lot of work, but it doesn't hurt to try.
3) And i think we find out about rooms in Mid-Late July.

all right, thanks adam....any more responses? and how can i appeal for finaid? because i didn't get anything

To appeal for finaid call the office. They will tell you what forms to fill out. You need to explain your situation and why you should receive money.

Good luck getting any classes that aren't at 8 am.

Being a spring admit (which I am) kinda sucks; it makes us be at a disadvantage in meeting new people if you go to a jc first semester. By the time we arrive at UCB, a lot of people will have already formed their group of core friends.

unlimitedx,
another way to look at it is that you will be the new blood when spring semester starts. i don't think many groups established in the heady days of the freshman fall semester last all that long.
My S went to Fall Extension last year, and has one good friend from Fall Ext. Mostly he has friends from other interests and classes during Spring. He was in the dorms all year, but did not connect with anyone in his living situation.
good luck
