I'm a bit confused by how the fall final schedule works. I'm looking at http://www.nyu.edu/registrar/pdf/Final_exam_schedule_Fall_2012.pdf but I don't really understand it... The only class I have that I see on there is MATH UA-9. Does that mean none of my other classes have final exams...? My other classes are the LSP required classes (Social/Cultural Foundations and Writing).

It’s by class time. For example a class that meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am has a final on Monday at 8am.

I read that. I just still don’t understand… What’s the difference between Subject Group and Class Meeting Time? And that would mean I don’t have a final on Wednesday? If I have no classes on Friday, that means my final ends on Thursday…?

Subject group is if there are a bunch of different classes taking the same final, like calculus or physics. Your foundations and writing classes would schedule their finals by class meeting time (if there is a final). If you have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am, find “TR 11:00AM/12:15PM” and the time in bold above that is when you have your final for that class. In this case it’s Tuesday at 10AM.
