So as a transfer student, there's an option to do fall rush. It's informal and seems like it would be less stressful, but at the same time not all the houses do it and there are less open spots. Also, I'm afraid fall rush is pretty much reserved for girls who know they're in a sorority b/c of their friends that will get them in (true or not?). I know little about the sororities at Vandy; all I've thought about are the ones I definitely DON'T want. So, in light of all this, would it be better for me to do fall or spring? Spring would be difficult for a sophomore as well, so... argh I'm clueless someone help me PLEASE!

I'd wait until Spring, you won't be the only sophomore in rounds.

I have heard it is easier to rush in the fall, but as having never done it myself, cannot confirm these reports.

Most, if not all, sophomores in Fall Rush would have done their Freshman year at Vanderbilt. Some degree of easier might apply, but for mainly this reason.
