Fall or spring semester?

<p>Hi I'm currently in my second year of college and want to transfer out to another school but not sure if I should apply now because the school does have rolling admission but their fall semester starts end of August. I'm not sure if it's a little too late and too close to the fall semester. Should I still apply now or wait to apply in October for spring semester January 2015 </p>
