if you send in your SIR now you will be placed on the waiting list. you might as well send it in now, however i do not know if you can take back your SIR if you do not get into FFP.</p>

<p>Juba310 - FFP is a program for students admitted to Berkeley in the Spring Semester. the program allows spring admits to take classes in the Fall Semester.</p>

<p>Thanks for the clarification. I sent in my SIR on saturday, but am surprised to see it fill up so quickly...guess it's a first taste at the cutthroat nature of Cal eh?</p>

<p>Historically the program has always been filled up way before the deadline, but this year it was quite fast. I remember attending the session during Cal Day last year and they announced only 50 spaces were left. MANY were surprised and anxious.</p>

i sent in my SIR on Sunday morning (the day after i visited berkeley).
i think we should both have enrollment in the program because the link posted above wasn't there when i checked on Sunday and Monday. It appeared today.</p>

<p>Also for those students who have received confirmation of FFP, has a checkmark been placed next to the FFP on your myBerkeleyApplication Website???</p>

<p>Does that mean if they got your Enrollment form by today or yesterday you are pretty much in? I hope so cause i sent mine in 5 days ago (13th). And I'm waiting for Cal Day too. I'm 55% sure I want to go to Cal but I'm a 100% sure I want to leave home as soon as possible.</p>

<p>There was a separate application for the FFP. You didnt need to send in your SIR in order to reserve your spot on FFP.</p>
