So I'm a sophomore this year and I'm thinking about rushing/pledging for a fraternity. I actually rushed in the spring last year just for ****s and giggles, but I wanna actually seriously do it this quarter.

Spring rush was super chill and you just kinda showed up at the houses during rush week and if they liked you they just gave you a bid. Is fall rush more or less the same? I know it's over a longer period of time, but is the process still the same?

I tried searching fall rush at UCLA and I got pages at the greek relations website and they lay out a very rigid schedule and there's a formal online application and everything. Huh?

I didn't do any of this in the spring so now I'm confused. Anyone who rushed in the fall and can weigh in on the process and tips?
