Fall Schedule

<p>Hey I just wanted to get some input/advice on my sched. for the upcoming semester.</p>

<p>Major: Pre business/polisci</p>

<p>Econ1
Ba10
IDS110 (intro to computers)
Phys10
Polisci137a</p>

<p>ok so i'm signed up for all of those classes, but i plan on dropping one of them. I'm def. sticking with econ1 and ba10 though. It just sucks because I realized that 137a final is on the same day as econ1 and then the day after that is the phys10 final. (I'm the type that likes to stay up the whole night before hand studying straight through to the test, and i don't think this will work well) but i've heard that the 137a final is take home, but i'm not sure.
The problem with IDS110 is that its in the late afternoon 4-5 mwf while all of the other classes are early morning, and i'm not sure if this is a hard class and if maybe i should just take this at a community college. </p>

<p>So has anyone taken 110? hard? easy?
what class would you guys drop if you were in my shoes, I'll take any and all advice. thanks in advance.</p>

<p>It seems like almost all the pre-Haas kids I know complete their comp sci requirement during the summer, either at community college or online. But I don't know if IDS110 is hard or not; they might do it during the summer so they can take other stuff during the semester</p>

<p>Upper div your first semester? Hmm. Might be a bit hard to adjust to. If you're planning to double in PS (or it's your backup major), why don't you do PS1 or PS2? Although I'm assuming at this point they've got long waitlists. Though last year it was really easy to get off the PS1 waitlist</p>

<p>I've heard that IDS 110 is really easy, and the reviews on ratemyprofessor seem to support that.. also, IDS 110 is webcast so u could make it work better with your schedule</p>

<p>Yeah, I think I'm going to drop 137a and just take 110. !37a has no discussion and I hear its an easy A. ah well, i'll just take it next year.</p>
