Since my relocation to Houston, I have had more access to information about the situation in New Orleans. I was hopeful that recovery would soon progress. However, given the ongoing situation in the city, I am forced to make an extremely difficult decision: Tulane University cannot hold a fall semester on its campus.</p>

<p>What are people going to do that where enrolled in Tulane going to do?</p>

<p>Doesn't sound like much of a decision to me.</p>

<p>There are many colleges that will give Tulane students a free semester of tuition. In addition, some schools , such as Syracuse University, will give the first 15 people who apply under this program free room and board too. Howver, you have to hurry because more and more schools are starting school.</p>
