Fall Semester Transcripts - Ready When?

<p>Quick question. I will be graduating this Fall, and am planning on applying to graduate school. I am wondering when the transcripts for Fall will be available (before January ~15th?) and whether I can send in updated transcripts (better GPA and all...)</p>
