<p>What kind of range of weather can I expect for fall semester? When does it start raining? Snowing? Thanks!</p>
<p>it literally varies from year to year. most of the time, the weather will fluctuate like crazy... like it will dip to unbelievably cold conditions in october, and then it will revert back to t-shirt and shorts weather for a weekend in november. i also remember being skeeted out of a lot of snow days, because we've had sporadic, wimpy snowfalls the past few years, and maybe one major snowfall, usually in january. basically, just be prepared for anything.</p>
<p>there's no "start" to the rain... summer is full of thunderstorms and the fall has cold days that pour. I'd say anywhere from october through march you could expect snow/freezing weather, and it'll change very quickly. A good amount of the fall is nice though, in the 40s and 50s, it doesn't jump right from summer to winter.</p>
