<p>Today is the deadline for the Family Information Form for those of us admitted ED to Columbia. I submitted the form yesterday but got no email confirmation regarding it. Did others get an email confirmation after submitting the form? Thanks</p>
<p>I didn’t get an email confirmation either. I was just redirected me to the welcome website after I submitted it.</p>
<p>Just curious; what’s a family info form? Is this finaid related, or do they want to know who your richest great-uncles are so they can hit them up for donations? ;)</p>
<p>It’s not finaid related. It just asks for the basic info, like parents’ names, marital status, occupations, family who attended Columbia, siblings, etc. Although I’m not quite sure why they need all the info AGAIN, because we supplied most of it in the app.</p>
<p>I was confused about it too (esp. because they mention it’s part of the housing process). The strangest part was where you had to put down your parent’s “Civil Groups” - I left it blank. They definitely want money</p>
