<p>I believe the instructions say only that it should be submitted early enough that it can be considered along with the rest of the application-rather vague but I suppose they don’t want to be too strict with busy parents. Therefore my guess is, get it in sometime in January at the latest, but I don’t know for certain.</p>
<p>I would try to get it in on time. Yet, I applied ED and only knew about it after the deadline. I emailed Rochester, and they told me as soon as possible. For a variety of reasons, I ended up not submitting it. Good luck!</p>
