Family Weekend is here and the place is humming with strange looking people with gray hair and jeans that cover both ankles, many (though not all) to the beat of “Beat Williams”. It’s a good time to appreciate the many sides of both Wesleyan and its host city. Diners seem to be evenly divided between anodyne, suburban-collegiate Brewbakers and the more John Cougar Mellancamp-ier, Eli Cannons, each anchoring opposite ends of Main Street. Weather calls for a perfect Fall Weekend:

Thanks for the update. I graduated from Wes in 1990 (!!!) and have not been to campus since then, moved to the west coast in '95 and haven’t looked back. The photo is a reminder of what a beautiful place it is in the fall. Hope the weekend is fun!
