Famous New Yorker???

^that’s what i used… HEY! haha

lady gaga went to nyu i believe.

I chose John Lennon. They didn’t say they had to be native ;)

I know someone who is also spending their day with Lady Gaga. On top of being very popular, she’s a very smart and engaging person.

My supplements aren’t finished for RD (!!!); I keep going back between spending my day with either Michael Kors, Jerry Seinfeld, or… Lady Gaga hahah.

I wish i wrote mine on Lady Gaga… i wrote about Ayn Rand… w.e. I got LSPed anyway… still attending tho

can I pm someone my ideas?

u can PM me if u want

hey guyz i think writing on lady gaga is gonna be a cliche and its kinda of dumb to do that. theres gonna be soo many kids doing it, and i love her music too lol but evry1 knows she went there and you want to choose something unique. but obviously not to impress the admissions ppl (id give an example if i knew n e one that would impress them that was their age…maybe john lennon?) lol idk but i like imagine…otherwise i like hip hop/rap/pop

I think it’s far more important what you do than who you do it with.

Lady Gaga can be a good choice depending on how you spend your day in New York with her.

And “good” is incredibly subjective… who knows what’s going to appeal to those admissions officers.

Can I PM someone my ideas too?

ive already applied so go ahead. still have not heard back though :(

I was thinking of choosing Donald Draper (from “Mad Men”) but ended up going with Larry David. Got into Gallatin (transfer) so I’m guessing it was a good choice.

Holden Caulfield

I chose to spend my day with Lady Gaga and I wrote about how I admire her because of her unique personality, she is ambitious, independant, and doesn’t care what other people think of her. I really didn’t even write about what we would do together, I just wrote about why I admire her and I still got accepted to CAS :)

would James Brown work?
Is he associated with New York City?

What would you all think about writing about someone fictional…except it is someone very fictional. I don’t want to give my exact idea but lets just say they are not a human, and aren’t alive at all actually haha.

I picked Annie(film) 1982. I felt like it was kind of childish, but that is one of my favorite movies.lol

I wrote mines on Lloyd Richard, the first Black American (he was African Canadian American) theatre director. He was a theatre instructor at NYU, which I did not know until after I began writing about him (BONUS!).

Gavin Creel, star of Hair on Broadway and marriage equality activist. :)

Lucy McGillicuddy from I Love Lucy. I’ve loved that show since I was a little kid.

You guys are crazy. I chose Liz Lemon from 30 rock!
