Purdue is good too https://cla.purdue.edu/students/academics/majors/idpp.html
and Georgia Tech http://catalog.gatech.edu/programs/industrial-design-bs/
and RIT as already suggested
Also UIUC, Ohio State, Auburn, NC State, UW-Seattle, Virginia Tech, Arizona State, & Iowa State
In California, San Jose State, San Francisco State, and Cal State Long Beach both have industrial design programs.
As others have said, Cincinnati is particularly good, especially if you have a particular interest in automotive/transportation design.
You can broaden the field by also looking at Product Design programs. U of Oregon’s program is good. And Drexel.
Carnegie Mellon’s design program has an interdisciplinary core before you can specialize. U of Utah’s Interdisciplinary Design program is another to look at in this vein.
