<p>If they want to be in this business (yhough a non-profit), they need to invest in the IT and personnel to get this done. I mean, I put a netflix in the mailbox yesterday at 5PM. I just got a new DVD delivered this AM, based on sending the old one less than 18 hours ago. ACT; hire some competent management and benchmark organizations who know customer service.</p>
