<p>FAS IT = incompetent. They had the exact same problem Spring 2007... and still don't have redundancy for core systems like email.</p>

Wow, that's bad! They shouldn't say that the Financial Aid Office email address is that one since we can't even send emails to it!!</p>

I just saw it says it's "due in the finaid office by Feb 01" :( I thought the whole time it was a postmark deadline! :/
I sent it on Jan 31, and it won't arrive there for like 2 more weeks. What should I do? Should I contact them and let them know of my confusion and tell them I'd fax the form?</p>
