FASFA? Selective Service

<p>My name is Neftali Palma I am posting regarding a question about financial aid through the governments free application. I read that a requisite that needs to be met is "registered with selective services". Issue I face is that I will not be 18 years old by graduation. May I still receive financial aid if I don't register?</p>

<p>You can check a box on the form authorizing them to register for you – they will send the info on to selective service for you. </p>

<p>You don’t have to be 18 to register. You can register any time after you are 17 years, 3 months old (so, 3 months after your 17th birthday)</p>
