Hello,

I want to go to MIT =) --> SLOAN

I want to do business and some computer science.

My question is If I go to MIT will I have to take in my sophmore year:

Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology?

Is that right?

Hmm there are some General Institute Requirements, as far as I remember -

2 courses each in Math, Physics
1 each in Chemistry and Bio
Some Humanities requirements and physical requirement etc..

You can get by them in freshman year itself.. or just take placement tests / get advanced standing. Once these requirements have been met, I think you won't need any more of those (unless your major requires you to).

Yeah, most people take the general requirements in freshman year, although it's certainly possible to put some of them off (chem/bio). For computer science you should take the calc and physics classes freshman year so you can be prepared to take classes in your major.
