I just signed up on Fastweb, I am not used to visit this kind of websites, but I found some really interesting stuff. The problem now is that I don't know how it works when it comes to the tuition, every scholarship has in front of it an amount of money. from 1000$ to 10.000$ called tuition. how does it work with universities !? are they paid to the university each year or each semester or what ?</p>
