Fat People...

Getting rid of unhealthy foods isn't only for the obese kids, it's also for the other kids to keep them healthy.

IMO, being fat is like smoking, only with no serious repercussions to others. It's like: Hey, you wanna be unhealthy? Alright, do it. It's your body. I don't care what you wanna do with your own body.

Except with smoking, there's secondhand smoke. Which affects others. Drastically. Any effects of one person's obesity on others are minor, and... uhm... not deadly.

IN CONCLUSION, I'd rather the world be full of fat people than full of smokers.

send em to auschwitz

Not even remotely funny sigurros. That is an incredibly insensitive thing to say.

Yes, you struck a nerve.

But at least smokers are attractive. OHHH.

^ I'd rather kiss somebody who's obese than someone who tastes like ashtray...

^I'd rather **** someone who tastes like an ashtray than is obese.

my biggest pet peave of all time is when people accept mediocrity or accept their shortcomings (the ones they can alter themselves). i'm never satisfied with myself no matter how much i accomplish and that pushes me to keep going and keep improving in every aspect of my life... and being the arrogant, egocentric maniac that i am i expect others to do the same.

in this case, fat people (the ones who CAN do something about it but choose not to) repulse me because why would you settle for being a greasy, slovenly pig who just makes things difficult for everyone else?

and if u've ever been on a cruise and eaten at the buffet you know what i'm talking about...

edit: just read a few of the other posts in this thread... so who wants to direct me to the height/weight thread so i can see how skinny CC is? i dont know if i would have expected us to be skinnier or fatter tho, so its interesting

I'm completely down with fat people, dun worry no holocaust from me

I guess it was "insensitive" but its pretty hard for me to take offense to anything on the internet so~

edit: gypsies seem pretty chill too i guess thats why you were offended so I'll make it up to you by telling you about a way cool gypsy punk band gogol bordello if for some reason they have gone under your radar

Romani isn't fat, btw (yes facebook friends); she's v. athletic and pretty. JUST SAYIN'.

@ Quaker: I think it's cool that you strive to be the best person you can, but it's pretty dumb that you expect others to do the same. Personally, I really couldn't care less what other people do. The less outstanding others are, the better I look, so whatev.

Haha, thanks... I think. Never heard of them, but I will go check them out.

No, I am offended because I lost 1/4 of my family in the Holocaust (no, not the gypsy side).

Poseur... you're on my facebook? How did I not know this...? (Goes to fb)

Hahaha it was a long time ago! My name has 'Deux' in it...

yah I'm not stupid I didnt think Romani got offended because she wast fat..

edit: I wish I had a gypsy side ~

you act as if people who are fat have to settle for something lower than your arbitrary robot goals Have fun with your "optimal" lifestyle but don't be so judgmental

I just don't really get how people can be offended by personal choices, there is no right or wrong answer..

I don't get offended by personal choices, I get offended when they expect me to pay for their choices or when they screw up their kids lives because they themselves have no self control.

^^ thanks. i didn't know how to express this, hah. u did a good job. i don't care what other people do with themselves, i get offended when it gets in my way... and that is ultimately inevitable, so by extension i do get angry when people willingly act like slobs.

well I wouldn't exactly extrapolate being fat to ruining childrens lives because of an overall lack of self control.

But I agree that parents should be more concerned about the dietary needs of their children.

Well, eating habits are learned when you're young and they're VERY difficult to change. Like I said before, it is much easier to stay fit than to lose weight, therefore yeah they kind of are ruining the lives of their children by giving them terrible habits and an unhealthy lifestyle. Plus, with the childhood obesity and diabetes rapidly on the rise, yeah I'd say that parents are ruining their children's lives.

yah my post was maybe vague, but what i meant was that there are plenty of fat parents who aren't completely reckless when it comes to their children's diet.

arguing about fat people is boring.
1.pretty much don't feed your kids garbage that does all that bad stuff and we are golden...like french friesssssssssssssssssssssssssss
