got done with 8 exams. and I'm starting to feel it. between staying up to midnight studying and spending 20-24 hours testing and another 3 just listening to them talk, it's starting to wear on me.

I have 4 tests left : chem and psych tomorrow and US and Comp Gov wednesday. got about 5 more hours I can study but Bio and Physics today killed me. I felt horrible after the physics multiple choce and managed to get some energy for the free response. now it's gone.

I'm really worried about Chem. I took the 1999 AP multiple choice and got 55% (45 if you count deductions) . Not sure how I will do on the free response. I guess I'll need to look over the answers to the free response nad teach myself aobut half of chemistry in one night.

I'm not sure if I have enough energy to do this. Physics and chem multiple choice always takes a lot out of me and I make a lot of mistakes (especially if I'm sleep deprived). plus I have to study at least a little bit for psych tonight.

I'm aiming for the national AP Scholar award. I figure it might have enough clout to get me a presidential scholarship (full tuition) at the college I will go to. My application is strong ( top 2%, hardest classses offered, high SATs for the colelges I am looking for) but I figure this may make me stick out. An admissions officer to the school I am looking at said it'd be a nice feather in the hat.

I'm looking only for 3's on the Government classes so I can get the credit and not take it in college. I had chem as a class, but it was my teachers 1st year teaching college chemistry (he taught general chemsitry to non honors students before this) so half the time we were not willing to learn or we asked him questions he coud not answer. He worked hard though and I sorta did too. I guess I just suck at courses that require a brain.

I should start studying......but the radio and the bible seem a lot more appealing right now

It's amazing how draining all of these tests are. Mental exercise is not as explicit as physical exercise, but you can definitely go through the same energy taking a lot of difficult tests as you would working out strenuously. I took 4 APs this last week and SAT IIs on Saturday and I'm extremely happy it's all over. I feel really relaxed now. I think just about every waking moment before I was either studying or thinking that I should be studying.

Anyway, good luck tomorrow and on Wednesday! I'm sure the days with two consecutive tests are the toughest. You've gotten through the majority of it, though - you're almost done.
