I am accepted to the FAU Wilkes Medical Scholars (7 year) and the UCF (8 year) programs. Which one would you go to and why?
Im sorry to ask. But what exactly is this? Im more curious about the UCF one?
UCF and Fau both have combined bs/md programs. When you are admitted to the program, as long as you finish the schools requirements, you are automatically admitted into its medical school!
Wow i did not know that. From what youve hearf which med school is better?

Ucf med school i believe is better and has a better match list, however it is a year linger and I believe their requirements are a bit more difficult… If it were me I would go with the one with easier requirements giving you the best chance of acceptance
To me, the UCF med school was much, much more impressive. The VA hospital they built next to the UCF med school is the largest in the nation. They are also constructing many tennis courts, as they are moving the USAT (USA Tennis Association) headquarters down there, making it a great spot for sports medicine. To me, the UCF medical school was more impressive and has a lot of room to grow. The FAU medical school, to me, wasn’t as impressive.
Also, the FAU program is binding, whereas the UCF bs/md program is not binding. If you are accepted to other medical schools, you are welcome to choose other medical schools.
