Of those that you've taken / those that you wish you could.

I've taken Calc AB, Bio (2013), Comp Gov, English Lit, and US History. My favorite topic was Comp Gov, and it's the only 5 I've gotten. Really think the six country focus is easy to get through and it's interesting. Worst was either Calc (...it's just math, same as always, got a 3) or US History - the worst and most boring history.

I /wish/ my school had AP Japanese. Though I'm going to college in the fall, so whatever.

I love Environmental Science! I think it’s the most practical science class overall. Most boring AP class? I guess it would be AP Euro. We had a terrible teacher and I literally did not learn anything.

I’ve taken 7: Art History, US History, World History, European History, French Language, Human Geography, and English Language.

Art History was AWESOME. I can’t imagine a person not enjoying this course unless they just hated art or had a bad teacher. It covers a lot of material, though, so this is a bad class to have a slacking teacher for, if you want to do well on the exam.

Human Geography was pretty fun as well, because it was quite easy, and I love geography.

Most boring is a lot harder to choose. I think this answer would vary wildly from person to person and based on which teacher you have. I did not enjoy World/US/Euro History much but history is probably my least favorite subject. While the content was interesting, the class just has way too much dry textbook reading and even though I got 5s on the exam, I honestly don’t feel like I retained much of the information. Plus, US and World History essays are awful awful awful. So formulaic and horrible.

I’ve taken 3: Spanish, Engligh Lit and Comp, Physics B

In my limited experience, my favorite was physics physics physics! I loooove physics, best class I’ve taken in all of my high school experience, I’m gonna minor in it in college (rising senior). It really clicked with me.

Least favorite was Lit and Comp because the teacher was annoying and the people in the class were all really bland. Never spoke up and never had opinions about anything.

I reeeeeally wish I could take AP Chem or Compsci, but my school doesn’t have them. Might self-study compsci.

Got 5s on all btw, I’m good at english but the people ruined it for me. Love to read though, love science more

Comp sci was my favorite since I love computer programming. I didn’t like English language & comp a lot since analyzing pieces of text to death is not my strong suit.

Art History was my favorite exam of them all. Subject is material is beautiful, teacher was great, class was chill, and I found it very insightful for appreciating masterpieces.

Lol I loved US History but not because of the class itself… Pretty much 95% of my classmates absolutely despised the teacher whilst I actually thought he was a great instructor… I enjoyed watching all my friends get 2s and blame it on him

I have taken 11 exams in high school, and I loved the AP Calculus BC and AP Chemistry exams. I also loved the AP Physics B/C exams. I’m more of a natural science person (which you can tell from all the 5s I have in it), hence why I love those classes/tests the most. I didn’t love the AP Biology exam, heck, I didn’t like the class at first. But now I kinda grew fond of Bio, but not as much as Calculus and Chemistry. I also loved World History, but that’s because I had an awesome teacher.

I’ve taken 10: US History, Stats, English Language, Macroeconomics, US Gov, English Lit, Spanish Language, Psych, Bio, and Calc AB.

My favorite in terms of the material was Bio - reading the textbook was just so fascinating, although I’ve never much cared for the labs. My favorite in terms of the class itself was Stats just because I had a superb teacher who made the material simple to understand. There were only 10 people in my class, so it was nice to get tests back the next day and have close, individual attention.

My least favorite material-wise was English Lit. - all we did in that class was watch these ridiculous movies that somehow related to English and then take ridiculous quotes-based tests on them. The only books we read the whole year were Heart of Darkness and Gone with the Wind. I don’t think we really followed the College Board’s recommended course outline - which was part of the reason why I chose not to take the exam. My least favorite class was Macroeconomics - the teacher didn’t understand it and the tests were hard as heck. This was the one class where I nearly got a B. In all honesty, I probably deserved it, but fortunately there were a lot of people who were on the border between an A-B and B-C, so she had mercy at the end of the semester. Plus, since the seniors got out early for graduation, the juniors got to do a little project for extra points, which bumped my grade up.

I’ve taken 6: US History, Lang/Comp, Lit/Comp, Calc AB, US Gov, and Psych.

Rankings in order:
US Gov: I had a great teacher who really made government interesting and relevant. This class really felt useful and informative for me, and I always enjoyed going. I even looked forward to it, which is not something I can say for most high school classes.

Language/Comp: Another fabulous teacher. Of all the classes I took in high school, this is DEFINITELY the one that taught me the most. I really refined my writing skills and moved from a 5-6 average to a 8-9 average by the end of the year. It taught me very valuable life skills, and thankfully had very little “read this and analyze the author’s tools” which I absolutely dread.

Psychology: This would be higher up on the list… but the way this class was structured required WAY too much busy work. There were assignments left and right and as interesting as I found the material to be, I didn’t earn a very good grade in the class because I gave up on the homework aspect of it. It was unnecessary review in ridiculous amounts. But overall, the teacher was great at lecturing and I really loved learning about psychology.

US History: I absolutely loved this teacher as a person, but he didn’t really teach me anything. All I remember from that class was him photoshopping himself into pictures of colonial America. This class was really fun though, the projects were really elementary school-esque just with more advanced information.

Calc AB: I have always been great at math… and then there was calculus. My teacher was incredible, and thanks to him I was able to pass and manage a 3. But the concepts themselves were really difficult to me and I really dreaded that class everyday and especially the homework which I could rarely fully complete.

Literature/Comp: I HATED this class, and my teacher and I had a mutual disliking. This class was endless “read the poem and analyze the author’s tools” which I already mentioned I hate. It was so boring and I fell asleep more often than not. The work was all really easy to BS and I honestly felt like I learned nothing in this class. Especially compared to AP Language where I felt I grew leaps and bounds… I feel like taking this class actually caused my writing skills to regress. Every essay was very cookie cutter and overly structured. You got the grade by basically ridding yourself of all creativity and following a formula the teacher liked.
