Vegetarians who don’t eat meat because it’s animal meat are the biggest hypocrites on the planet. However, I respect vegetarians who don’t eat meat for their health.

On the contrary I can’t stand “I LIKE MEAT” people. This country eats way too much meat. And it shows.

Nah, haters. We’re not hypocrites. Why does it matter what the reason is? A vegetarian is a vegetarian.

I know I’m going to regret asking this, but why does it make us hypocrites? And please DO try to come up with something more original than “It doesn’t make a difference, they’re going to die either way.” because it’s lame and been rebutted many times. So please, do elaborate.

I hate whiny vegetarians, especially when I’m having a conversation about someone about like how I like my steak or never having tried fois gras (goose liver) some idiot vegetarian always chimes in “EWWWW LIVER OMG GROSS I’M A VEGETARIAN!”

Anyway, my favorite food is steak, medium rare with a touch of A1. Hooters wings are awesome too, just got back from there actually.

Most people don’t even know I’m a vegetarian. And then when some people find out, some give me a hard time about it like shoving meat in my face and stuff. I never tell people to be vegetarians and I could care less if you are. But don’t complain and pretend we’re all like that, because we’re not. And people that rag on vegetarians JUST BECAUSE they’re vegetarians p**s me off to no end. Yes, whiny vegetarians are annoying. Avoid them. Just like I avoid whiny omnivores.

^ I’m not against killing animals for food. It is perfectly natural for us to eat animals. What I am against is the mass over slaughter, under use, and cruelty to these animals. Many animals live very short lives in horrendous conditions, needlessly. Plus, it is TERRIBLE for our planet to have that high of a concentration of animals in a single spot. The earth simply cannot absorb the waste, etc, and it pollutes our planet majorly. I have a huge deal of respect for people that eat free-range animals and animals that were bought at family farms. My own boyfriend used to live on a farm where they would raise animals for slaughter. However, those animals lived humane lives, but those types of farms rarely exist anymore. I would just eat kosher but I am healthier as a vegetarian.

Plus, the quality of meat is terrible compared to what it once was. Our meat is genetically modified and when it becomes contaminated, literally millions of tons of it goes to waste (as we saw just a year or two ago). What a waste of life and food because we can’t control our food standards.

I agree (mostly) with what you are saying. I like meat mostly for the taste, I don’t eat meat from fast-food. I know where all my meat comes from. I only eat meat my mother cooks at home, and occasionally at other peoples homes.

I couldnt possibly give up meat.

It is against most religions to treat animals badly, we get our meat from a farm where they raise animals for slaughter, and the animals are free-roaming. I see nothing wrong with that.

The 70’s ended years ago. Time to end the hippie moxie. PETA seems perfect for you. They are all very rational people with a true higher calling in life.

snicker

BTW, I actually agree with some of your stuff but it’s clear you are just a psycho person all around.

Guys, this is the number one reason to avoid vegetarian chicks.

High chance of being insane.

Yeah I know, must chicks aren’t sane anyway. I agree. But this usually goes to a whole 'nother level.

I’m just going to make a guess that romanigyps… is one of those people that doesn’t know how to laugh. It’s said actually. People lacking a sense of humor is a serious problem in our society. I’m so glad my parents made me a laid back person.
