Yeah…pregnancy is common at school. I see, on average, about 4 pregnant girls a week (there’s one pregnant girl right next to my locker I see every day!).

Heh, I figure my high school has helped me grow up.

It’s a D school and is in the top 10 in the nation??? wow. Must have a lot of AP exams… my friend got pregnant, but then she lost it. My parents don’t allow me to talk to her since she was punk and the pregnancy was the icing on the cake. We don’t go to the same school either so…

It’s the way our high school is set up that makes us both a “D” school and top 10. Our school is located in the shady, poor area of town, but the IB program was integrated into it 30 years ago or something. It’s really terrible because our school emphasizes all this “diversity,” but 99% of the non-IB program is black, and the IB program is like 5% black. So there really is a racial divide…but what can be done?

We have a bajillion AP/IB exams which gives the school the top 10, but 3/4 of our school (the non-IB program) fails the FCAT (this Florida math/reading test), which gives the school our “D” rating.

I’d say the spelling bee (lol)

Probably staying at school late (as in around 6-7pm) for a club with friends and newly-made friends. Quiz Bowl, Mathletes, Crier (newspaper) … <3

bump…

I can’t think of one in particular… probably a combination of several moments from pep band and my radio shift.
Both of them are just TOO fun.

Study Parties!

Guam. Senior trip. Drinking age 18. Nuff said. (Excluding graduation, of course..)

Umm…what the others have said: my graduation. lol

although, lunch room fights were amusing to watch as well.
oh, and I’ll miss the marching band march around the school every Friday morning.
