Favorite latin phrase?

Noli nuntium necare (don't kill the messenger, but it sounds so much better in latin)
Lux et veritas (Well, we'll see if i still like that one in four days)</p>

ie - id est (That is...)
eg - exemplum gratium (free example = for example)</p>

<p>Sure it is. It's the ablative form of vicis - meaning change or alteration. As in "vice versa" --> with the order changed.</p>
