<p>“Blind Side” is more than a story about a football player. It is also the story about a devoutly Christian woman and her white Southern family of some means and affluence that live out their professed faith by taking into their home and then adopting a young black homeless boy, who becomes in time a first round draft pick in the NFL. This film stands outside the standard fare of Hollywood slaps against Christain themes and black-white race relations in the South. It is a bit amazing that “Blind Side” was ever made and released, might as well honored with a “Best Actress” award this week.</p>

<p>Haha sandakm I was just saying :D. I remember watching Titanic which is a PG-12 when I was 11. I also watched The Silence of the Lambs and American Beauty which are R-rated at 13. The R movies were disturbing to me, though.</p>

<p>I totally ADORE Meryl Streep? Has anyone of you seen Doubt? Meryl is amazing in every movie. She deserves an Oscar nod with every role she’s in. Too bad Meryl only makes approximately $5M with every amazing work while the Twilight people get more and they can’t act.
Meryl Streep is also very humble.</p>
