Favorite Song Right Now?

Just curious. I'd love to listen and find some new music. So what is your favorite song right now?

Me: It's totally a guilty pleasure and I even have my 9 year old sister singing it constantly, but it's:
Glad You Came- The Wanted

Locking up the sun… by -checks mp3 player- Poets of the fall

This is war by 30 seconds to mars

Doubt & trust by access (a japanese band)

Don’t stop by innerpartysystem

Those are my main four atm. I don’t go by genre, I go by song. If i like it, it gets chucked into my mp3 player. If not, oh well.

That’s a pretty awesome song though, augirl, nothing to be ashamed of:)

My favorite is Lights by Ellie Goulding. I don’t care if it’s a little stupid, it’s fun and catchy.

Oh god… honestly, I’ve been listening to “We Are Young” by Fun and “Papi” by JLo constantly lately.

I deserve to be shot for the latter. lol. Having to listen to the radio for an hour every day while I commute has seriously damaged my taste in music.

All The Rowboats by Regina Spektor. Her new album just came out so the whole thing has been on repeat lately.

The Beatles, and Simon & Garfunkel…as usual.

“We Are Young” - Fun.

I’m not usually a huge fan of top pop songs, but I really, really, REALLY like that song.

Eight hours of the radio while on my shifts at the shelter. I feel your pain :)

I had this song stuck in my head on playback for days. Now I hate it.

be careful. That we are young song played like every 3 songs on my radio. It’s playing on every freaking station. Now it’s imprinted into my brain

Turn Loose the Mermaids -Nightwish

Glad You Came by The Wanted definitely is my shiznit. I recently became kind of obsessed with The Wanted after that song came out…I’m too old for this fangirling though. Also, their new song Chasing the Sun.

Me and my nine year old sister “argue” about who is better: One Direction or The Wanted, lol. smh

expectation - tame impala

i’m seeing them at the end of the summer yusss

I’ve got this song stuck in my head currently. >_>

Hmm…I can’t really decide between these two songs:

Thinking About You - Frank Ocean … This is such a chill song, and Frank’s voice is just like…wow. [Frank Ocean - Thinking About You [Official Music Video] - YouTube](<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube)

Do It - Akon … This one’s from his new Konkrete mix tape. It’s been a while since he put anything out, but I’m liking his new stuff. [Akon - Do It (New Song 2012) - YouTube](<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube)

+1, love her.

Also, I finally hopped on that Call Me Maybe bandwagon. And now I can’t get it out of my head.

And then Wonder Girls just had to go and release a mini-album.

No Church in the Wild - Jay-Z and Kanye West featuring Frank Ocean. It’s all because of the Great Gatsby trailer. (And Leo.)

Fine by Me - Andy Grammer. Saw him live when he opened for Gavin Degraw and he was amazing.

Tonight - John Legend. Great song .

Masquerade by Nicki Minaj is my current favorite song but not on my top all time favorite songs.

It is really positive, “desperate times get desperate measures”/

I have to admit, Call Me Maybe and that one One Direction song both get cranked up when they come on the radio.

It’s not my fault I was in the target age demographic for boy bands when they were big, and am therefore permanently predisposed to like that kind of music. I can’t be blamed for nostalgia!!!

^ … I still listen to 90s/00s music. I had Hanson blasting all day when I was cleaning my apartment.

I have an excuse though. My boyfriend never listened to music growing up (which is weird considering he does more musical stuff than anyone I know). I consider it a reintroduction to the 90s childhood he never had :).

Anything from MGMT.

Is and has been since I first heard it many years ago…

The Host of Seraphim by Dead Can Dance.
