Fax what?

So, uh, I'm not too sure on everything we, or our counselors, need to fax. I got Match Agreement, the school profile..but that's it. What about transcripts and stuff? I didn't see any cover sheet for that stuff and I didn't find any instructions telling us to have them faxed. Mostly, I don't know anything on the faxing business here, so:

What needs to be faxed?
Who faxes it?
Do we need a cover sheet, and where do we print it?
Who do we fax it to, Questbridge or the colleges?
When are the faxes due?

..I think that's it. Thanks for any help and sorry for the multiple questions, but I'm afraid I don't quite know what's going on.

Oh, and for you people panicking about faxes received and stuff..don't worry about it, I think my counselor sent in school profiles days ago and they only "confirmed" them recently, it seems like their updating is a bit erratic. Thanks again for the help and good luck.

So far, what you need to have faxed just for the National College Match Application is the school profile, test scores and transcripts, and the Match Agreement Form.

The Match Agreement was due today.

The school profile and test scores and transcripts were due September 30th, but with their extension due to server issues, was actually accepted up till October 5th.

Cover sheets can be found on the My Locker web page. The Test Scores and Transcripts pdf was found under the “My Application” tab, and the School Profile pdf was found under the “Teacher Recommendations” tab.

All of the above must have been faxed to Questbridge already.

To find out what you need to turn in to colleges, I suggest looking at their College-Specific Requirements table: QuestBridge;

…I missed the transcripts…****… oh well, I’ll see if I can appeal.
