<p>My teacher faxed his recommendation but it is not updating on QuestBridge. It still says he has not started when it's been 5 days since he faxed it. Do I need to ask him to fax it again? I emailed QB but they don't respond.</p>

<p>I had something faxed yesterday and it turned up in about 5 hours. Don’t know if I was just lucky, but if it’s been a long time, you might try it again or contact QB.</p>
<p>QB has a very small staff as 2blue says. If you are in doubt, resubmit. When faxing documents, make sure your QB ID # or your social security # is at the top of EVERY page.</p>
<p>Our GC faxed our school materials and they showed up on our application page the same day. We also got an email telling us the fax had been received.</p>
