Fbla

i'm thinking about starting FBLA at my school, but so far, past attempts have failed. does anyone have any advice? thanks in advance!

just keep going at it!! I love FBLA, I've been a member for 2 years and I am now section secretary. Try to put up posters and get a core team of interested people together. Then design what your chapter will be focused on (community service, competing, etc.) and go at it! Make sure you get a supportive advisor because that is really important. Where do you live? Because I can keep you informed if it's anywhere around me. And if you have any questions, feel free to pm me!! :)

i live in cali. thanks! what is your club focused on? community service, competing, etc?

Oh cool i live in California too! lol I'm the secretary of the Inland section. Our school is focused mainly on competing, but we participate in charity events like the March of Dimes as well. We also visit local businesses and organize leadership workshops. Hopefully you can get your club started next year so I will see you at state! lol What section would you be a part of? In case you don't know, they are based on location and there are six sections but my area is Inland even though I live pretty far south so you might want to check the website or I could probably tell you if you tell me what county you live in...We are having a leadership/officer training thing this summer for the Inland section so just let me know if you have any more questions!! :)
