<p>Medically-related distinctions and programs include:</p>
<p>Volunteering at a medical center over the summer; gave direct, patient-side care to post-surgery and pulmonary patients (Summer 2009-2010, 200 hours)</p>
<p>Participated in a summer program to further scientific, mathematical, and medical careers for low-income students (Summer 2008, 150 hours) at UMDNJ</p>
<p>Received the Diamante Chiropractic Health Science Award for “an outstanding project related to the health sciences” (2007)</p>
<p>I have also spearheaded and implemented an MIT InvenTeams program at my high school.</p>
<p>Would the above suffice, or do the previous comments still stand? </p>
<p>As for those AP scores, received a 5 on all save for Spanish Language (4). </p>
<p>@ Nitcomp- You have an excellent chance at acceptance to PLME, you have quite a few medical ECs with the academics and passion to back it up. Wish you the best in application season!</p>
