<p>As good as the scores, ECs, and course-rigor you have, it’s just not HPME/PLME material. You need a bit more med. experience/research to show a grand passion in the subject to be accepted to these super selective programs. Even then, the admissions people are subjective in their choices. Rice and GW seem feasible for you though. You a cut below the usual Harvard material (in EC field) but I would definitely apply if I were you.</p>
