Feb 12 ACT

yo’s the answer was 18 fo sho, im 100 percent hiv positive
did anyone get which number could be the median for that data set? i thought that was the hardest question by far

the median one was 3

For median, I’m pretty sure i put 37.

@sabreeshockey12 love the comment with hiv… def from south park…but it was 87… all you had to do was put the numbers in order and look for the one in the middle… that was pretty easy… btw GO RANGERS!!!

Yeah, I meant 87 haha

i may be thinking of a different median question where the answer was 3

no i think that was a different median question, this one was the survey of assembled gpas of students whose weekly, hourly study time was monitored i had no clue how to do it

@the balster, how did u get that?

o yea true. does anyone remember any of the last 15 questions? besides the matrices one. i had to guess on most of the final 15 unfortunately.

If you’re talking about the one where if another X student with so and so hours of studying and had a GPA, what would the new GPA be… I put 3.24 or something.24

hold it, was that childish question which one didn’t work?? mann…

I thought the math was definitely the easiest, but got stuck on one of them. What was the answer for the one with a 5x5 square overlapping a 4x4 square?

^4 pretty sure.

@gnarly ninja read the last 1000 posts… its 4!

4 for the square one

@kevin7 yeah thats what i put… i dont know what everyone is saying about this median crap

there was a median question early on and I got 3. However there was another median question somewhere farther in the test but I dont remember the context.

In science, it was asking for a graph for like molecular mass vs density. (i think it was problem #13). was it a graph starting low and going upward? I changed it last second.

i do not recall the median question… please refresh my memory if u can anyone

for those of you who took stats you can plug the hours(i think or gpa maybe) into a list and then go to stat calc and 1 var stats to get the median.
