the median question was the one with the table and the amount of hours they studied with their gpa.

OMG I KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT… BUT IT WAS 3… IT ASKED FOR THE MEDIAN NUMBER OF HOURS STUDIED I BELIEVE… SO YEA 3 I KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT… i got scared for a lil that i got that wrong whew

what were the other options for that one? I forgot what I put.

wait actually im not sure it was 3… i forgot what i put but im pretty sure what i put was right cuz im in ap statistics currently

The answer was 3.24

You had an average of 3.25 for 4 students, and then the extra one of 3.20, so it becomes:

(3.25 + 3.25 + 3.25 + 3.25 +3.20)/5= 3.24

if anyone can remember the table with the hours and gpa please put it up.

That was the question with the gpa, yesIknow. There was another question pertaining to that graph that asked the median hours studied or something ( a possible one at least).

And oh yeah, because you had to look at the range, and 3 was the only one that made sense. I thought you were talking about the averages one

different question to the last person. one with the average was 3.24 but one with the median

i wrote em out and then it was 3 and 3 were left and you average those, so the answer was 3.

again completely different question. the median one we’re talking about is the one like 1<x<3 median one

i remember what you had to do! there were 30 students total. 8 who studied like from 1-2 hours and like 9 who studied for some hours… so a possible median could be from whatever hours the 9 people studied

what were the other choices? I may have put three but I realy don’t know. I was debating between numbers in that area but kinda just moved on

i completely forgot what i put for that question too. i hate when that happens

E: Easier than usual
M: More confusing that last time at least, easy in the end, but more thinking involved
R: Easier than usual
S: Again, more confusing, but eventually easy

usualyl math is my strong subject… i feel like i didn’t do too hot in math or reading today. (i thought I did well in reading but I think I’ve already found like 3 incorrect answers).

If I got like

English - 5
Math - 7
Reading - 7
Science -6

what you think my scores would be? These are all kinda just complete guesses of what I got wrong, and trying to cushion my possibility a little.

Yeah, usually math is my strongest, and it just felt off. There were some questions that seemed more SAT like as well…

@theundertaken english 31 math 29-30 reading 28-29 science 29

hmm, you really think math will be that harsh? and science that generous?

its just give or take math would really be 29-31 depending on scales…ive seen a scale where 1 wrong is a 34 and i got 3 wrong on my last act and got a 34 so it varies… and science idk mb 28 is ur best option but 29 doesnt seem tooo off

alright. because I’ve seen some where like -2 = 32 and what not lol. I hope my score boosts from 28…
