What do you guys think the curve is going to be?
Probably a -1, -2 math curve because I guarantee that most of the people missed that compound interest problem. (I got it right, but I can’t really shared the answer cause mods).
How about for reading, science and english? I thought english was much harder than average.
I finished english with 5 minutes to spare. The last passage was pretty the most difficult if any.
I thought science was hard, so hopefully the curve will be good for that
How are the curves determined?
I think they are predetermined unfortunately.
To me, the reading seemed the hardest. English was like usual, Math was a bit tricky, and Science had some structural changes but otherwise similar, if not easier, than usual.
I thought english was harder than usual, math was a little harder than expected and reading was normal. Science seemed easier
I thought English was a little more tricky than usual. It seemed like the unusual answers were the correct ones more often than usual like the no change and the semicolons and stuff. Math I thought had some tricky questions but I still found a way to get what I think all of them. Reading I was rushed on the last passage. Science was different than all the other tests. It didn’t have any 5 question passages and instead had like 3 dualing scientist ones.
I think I probably will be around

Ok here’s what I think:
English: Generous Curve
Math: Normal-Generous Curve
Reading: Normal Curve
Science Harsh Curve
What do you guys think?
I think kind of the opposite… Science and reading were extremely hard for me this time, math was much easier than what I practiced, and English was slightly harder. Maybe it was just because I was worn out by the time I got to the reading/science sections, but I did two science sections before that one and I actually understood what they were asking… This time, I had no clue what is was even saying.
I though reading was super easy, english was normal, science was normal, and math was much harder. IB math 3 kid here and I was so confused on 3-4 questions. I think reading will be a harsher curve with everything else being normal. Hopefully a better math one.
For science I think the questions were not as difficult, but the experiments were definitely more obscure than I was expecting and a few required some background physics and chemistry principles.
I thought reading was the hardest, science in a close second, math basically tied with science, and english the easiest (although not easy)
Predictions for me?
English -1
Math -2
Reading -4/-5
Science -3/-4
Anyone here take it on Sunday? The sunday reading and science was brutal, in my opinion. The passages were so techincal. For science you had to know momentum collision principles, which I thought was unfair and strange
