***February 2016 SAT Makeup Thread***

Ok, I believe that we can all come to the conclusion that the curve will be the same. It doesn’t make sense for the CB to change the curve.

@flightzealot Looks like we’ll be doing a lot of praying together for survival through this curve.

@sosoyumii Do you know about the writing curve for 2013?

Hey does anybody know if for retakes on the 27th they are going to reuse the same test from the retake on the 20th?

@amdcous why isn’t the answer to the slope question I and III?

Does anyone know if the retakes on the 27th will be the same? Or does anyone have ANY idea what they will reuse.?? Is there a pattern?

@acttaker @Swimmerboy2 of course it won’t be. They never give the same test twice in a row. It’ll be a recycled test from any previous year.

@Swimmerboy2 none of the tests that they reuse are released. Rather than trying to find a previous test, spend your time reviewing

Does anyone remember the question about the slope of the line with the equation y =( a/b) + c? People are saying only III is the answer but I put I and III

@HopkinsHopeful are you saying tht college board uses whole entire set of SAT test and use it again?!

@beaglee105 they usually do it for international tests but I guess maybe they weren’t expecting storm Jonas and were concentrating on March 2016 so decided to toss us old exams.

@beaglee105 Yes. But they do not release the question and answer service for those tests. It’s usually several yeas old.

@HopkinsHopeful I’ll just take the new one if I don’t break 2000. It just sucks because I spent 2 years preparing for this test and some of my friends studied for 2 months and broke 2200. Honestly, the new one doesn’t seem too bad, just a little 2 month review should do.

@aspaspasp It could only be III because a/b had to be negative since it was a negative slope. III was the only answer that had either a or b as negative

Don’t cheat. Study.

They’re wrong.

Which section for math was experimental?

@flightzealot standardized tests are never fair :frowning: Do you wanna take the March New SAT? I think that’s my best option. The May SAT is the morning after my school’s Prom- that won’t go too well if I take that test hahah. So I’m going to take the March and June SATs. Most colleges will not superscore between the Old and New.

@HopkinsHopeful I’ll just take the June new SAT if anything… During prom night I’ll probably be in the woods, by myself, eating a nice can of raviolis under a self made fire.

Try to guess your SAT scores based off the responses people gave here. How do you all think you did on each section?
