Ok this is insane. Cornell sent me an email on the 18th of Feb telling me part of my transcripts is missing. So i arranged to have them faxed from my guidance office. Last I check(5min ago), it is still missing. I have faxed 2 times and called 2 times and the guy said I should fax directly to his number. I asked my guidance to do it last friday and he did it. Now I check its still not received. Now is this my fault or what? Now my school is closed for March break and won't be back till the 25th. What should I do?

just call the guy and tell him you have faxed the stuff twice and he should find it AND YOU CAN'T send it again.

Or you can be like my counselor and have them on the phone and ask them to stand by the fax machine as you fax it over. and then check to make sure they received it.

which school at Cornell did you apply to?

I applied to College of Arts and Science, Government major. And furthermore i'm from ontario canada. This is immensely frustrating.

I'm from Ontario too!
Toronto, actually.

i had the same problem, i sent it twice and then finally after i faxed it twice they completed my application...im from toronto also, i think they disregard our transcript because it doesnt look official or something i dont know...but when i faxed it the second time they told me to write on the front....Roni International Admissions (your name) transcript..and it worked

I DID THE SAME THING TOO! IT WAS THE SAME DUDE TOO!! RONI. LOL.

but seriously, i just checked 5 min ago, was still not in. what the hell is happening.

I have very similar problems, not with Cornell, but with 2 other colleges. I hate it, that's just TERRIBLE!

Simple Solution: you stand by your counselor and watch him fax the thread while you are on the phone with a Cornell representative.

Call rep on cell if fax interferes with phone lines.
