Federal Direct Loans

So, I am filling out a loan history form, but I am a bit confused. I have both unsubsidized and subsidized Stafford loans. They are federal direct loans, but they are serviced by Great Lakes. On the form, it asks me fill out my loan history as follows:

A. Federal Direct Loans

B. Banks Loans (Stafford, GSL, SLS)

C. Perkins/NDSL Loans.

I am confused where to list the amount of my Stafford loans. Do I list it under "Federal Direct Loans", or under "Perkins/NDSL Loans" because they are serviced by Great Lakes?

Great lakes is a servicer of direct loans, so they belong to the group of Federal Direct loans. So your Staffords are considered FDL.
Not too long ago, banks were in the business of student loans, so banks like Chase, Wachovia, etc were the servicers of Staffords, but not anymore. Perkins are administered by the School themselves and are called Perkins loans. They are not Stafford loans.
Repeat, your loans are Federal direct loans.
